I'm never home. How do you get my clothes?

Our free home pickup and delivery is designed especially for you!  You do not need to be home.  You simply place your Red Milto Bag in a designated location on your scheduled service day and we will pick them up, clean them, and deliver them back on your next scheduled service day.  It is that easy!

I do not have alot of cleaning all the time?

That is fine with us.  We are already in your neighborhood twice a week.  If you have something we will pick it up if not we will just drive by and look for something on your next service day. 

Is there an extra charge for this service?

No! You pay the exact same price as if you were to bring your garments into the store. No delivery or any other additional charges are involved.

Can I get alterations or repairs done?

Yes, minor repairs are still done at no extra charge. All others will be done based on the request attached to the garment or instructions in the bag.
