What won't these guys clean?
1.     You call in and give us the order.    

·         Homeowners’ name, address, phone numbers, claim number and any special instructions       


2.     We take it from here. It’s that easy.

·      We contact the home owner, set up a convenient time for us to pick up their items, and walk them through the restoration process

·      If emergency clothing is needed, we ask the insured to select clothing they need cleaned first, to get them back to work, school, church, etc. (about 2 weeks worth).   We will ozone, clean, process and deliver emergency items within 24 to 48 hours depending on the extent of damage.

·      We then process the rest of the order by itemizing, ozoning, cleaning, pressing, inspecting and packaging each item, while continually communicating and updating the homeowner through the entire process

·     The order is then stored in our climate-controlled storage facility that is accessible to the insured until they are ready for full delivery

·     Restored items are then delivered back to the same room from which they were picked up. All window treatments are then re-installed.
